Owners Amy and Adrian Moghina opened the new restaurant in mid-January of 2005. Located in Tempe at the SE corner of Broadway and Rural, they specialize in FRESH Chicken Fingers and a special dipping sauce which is a closely held secret recipe.
Adrian is also a tennis pro and valley resident for the past eight years. His wife reports that you won't find anyone who loves chicken more than Adrian (he is a chicken finger freak). In fact, their mascot, a big wacky chicken with an electric guitar, is the Halloween costume Adrian was wearing when he proposed to Amy. (Luckily, she said yes anyway.) Although this popular concept is found in college towns all over the South East United States, "We were unable to find anything like it here in Arizona", says Adrian. Confident that he was not the only one who loved fresh chicken, the concept of Rock-N-Roll Fingers was born.
Adrian predicts that eventually, every college town in America will have a chicken finger restaurant. After years of research and recipe experimentation, Adrian is proud to introduce Rock-N-Roll Fingers to the valley.
